We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asst. Manager/Manager, HRD to lead our Human Resource Division. The role involves overseeing all HR functions within our manpower recruitment agency, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment operations, and maintaining effective workforce planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage recruitment processes, client relations, and employee management effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
Collaborate with international clients to understand manpower needs.
Ensure proper screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Workforce Planning & Management
Monitor and manage workforce supply for multiple projects.
Coordinate with recruitment officers to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee timely mobilization and deployment of selected candidates.
Legal & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and destination country regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Act (2006) and amendments.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvement plans.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records.
Prepare regular HR reports for the Managing Director.
Ensure proper documentation of manpower recruitment activities.
