Kopotakkho Homes Ltd., a leading real estate and development company, is seeking a competent and proactive Senior Executive – HR & Admin to strengthen its Human Resources and Administrative operations. The position requires hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, compliance, and overall office administration. The selected candidate will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR and administrative functions across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process

·  Maintain employee database, personal files, and HR documentation

·  Assist in the performance appraisal and employee evaluation process

·  Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing

·  Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures

·  Organize training, development, and employee engagement programs

·  Oversee office administration and facility management

·  Supervise support staff and manage vendors/service providers

·  Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance standards

·  Prepare HR and administrative reports for management
