Knowledge of store SOP, bin card, and inventory control systemb. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)c. Good documentation and record-keeping abilityd. Honest, organized, and responsible attitudee. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departmentsf. Ability to ride motor Bike/By-cycle

Responsibilities & Context

Kopotakkho Homes Ltd., a leading real estate and development company, is looking for a young, energetic Store Keeper and Supervisor to assist in construction project activities. The candidate will support the project team in site supervision, quality control, and progress monitoring to ensure effective control of Store Inventory and smooth store operations, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Keeper.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and store general items (Rod, Sand, Cement, Stone chips, electrical spare parts, Sanitary items, Tiles items etc.)

Verify materials with challan, PO, and specifications before receiving

Maintain proper stock records (Bin Card, Stock Register, ERP/Excel)

Issue materials to departments against approved requisition (GIN)

Ensure FIFO method and proper item-wise location control

Monitor minimum stock level and inform management for re-ordering

Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged items

Prepare daily issue reports and monthly stock statements

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the general store

Support internal and external audit requirements
