• Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in specialized plush toy or advanced textile manufacturing factory management.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing sites and overseas expansion projects.

• Strong leadership skills with proficiency in Korean or Chinese. Proficiency in both languages is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete factory floor operations, machinery calibration, and specialized plush toy production lines and full responsibilities.

• Implement advanced technical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards compliant with international buyer requirements (US/EU safety standards).

• Supervise and train local technical personnel, establishing efficient production execution systems.
