Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Dairy

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• MBA or PGD (HRM/Management) or Hounors & Masters in any discipline, Preferably in Marketing.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Dairy

• Age 45 to 50 years

• 3-5 years as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or similar post in prominent Feed Company of Bangladesh

• Formulate and execute the Company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic plans of Organization & business; these would be approved & implemented by proper Authority.

• Lead and oversee the planning, management, development and execution of the organization's overall business operations across all sectors and subsidiaries.

• Provide strategic oversight on HR, Administration, Finance & Accounts, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations.

• Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and profitability.

• Establish strong corporate governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.

• Co-Ordinate the planning, management, development and execution of the Feed mill’s Production plans & Maintenance Issues.

• Co-Ordinate all Administrative Issues with other departments.

• Co-Ordinate different Purchase Issues with Purchase & other departments

• Oversee & implement of marketing plans, sales management & other works of marketing-sales departments.

• Build, mentor, and lead senior management teams; ensure succession planning and performance management.

• Act as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, EC and key stakeholders.
