Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Abrar Medical Checkup Centre, a Concern of JSK Group, is one of the leading Wafid (GCC Approved) Medical Checkup Centres in Bangladesh, dedicated to delivering quality healthcare and medical examination services for overseas employment and general diagnostic purposes. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the overall operations of our Mohakhali branch.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring excellent patient service, maintaining operational efficiency, supervising departmental activities, achieving business objectives, ensuring compliance with Wafid and regulatory standards, and leading the branch team to achieve organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, customer service, and business development skills with experience in hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical checkup centres, or healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall daily operations of the medical centre and ensure smooth departmental coordination.

  • Lead and supervise all operational departments including Reception, Customer Service, Radiology & Imaging, Laboratory, Nursing, Accounts, Administration, and Support Services.

  • Ensure high standards of patient care, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve operational and business targets.

  • Ensure compliance with Wafid (GCC), Ministry of Health, BMET, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with Consultant Physicians, Radiologists, Pathologists, and departmental heads to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

  • Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time through effective operational planning.

  • Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, leave, discipline, and overall workforce productivity.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of medical equipment, office assets, and branch facilities.

  • Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor revenue generation, operational costs, and overall branch profitability.

  • Coordinate with the Head Office regarding HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Compliance matters.

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives to increase patient volume and corporate partnerships.

  • Ensure implementation of quality assurance programs and infection prevention protocols.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

  • Maintain proper documentation, operational records, and compliance reports.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director or Management.
