Responsibilities & Context:

Applications are invited from the interested female candidates for the full-time residential position of Resident Hall Super on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage day-to-day operations of Gulmeher Hall;

• To ensure the safety and security of the inmates of Gulmeher Hall;

• To ensure the hygienic environment of Gulmeher Hall;

• To ensure cleanliness of Gulmeher Hall;

• To check and verify the arrival and departure time of the inmates of Gulmeher Hall;

• To collect fees from the inmates of Gulmeher Hall, allow no outstanding dues, and submit report from time to time to USTC (and IAHS);

• To report time to time to the proper authority regarding overall development maintenance, safety and security of Gulmeher Hall;

• To maintain a comfortable living environment of Gulmeher Hall;

• To process all official works in a timely manner;

• To work under guidance of Chairman, Hall Management Committee and Provost and submit update specific data to concerned authority regularly;

• To protect the properties of the Hall;

• To report to the authority on any problem raised in the Hall;

• To perform any other pertinent task/function accorded by the competent authority.
