Job Context:
Garden Centre, one of Bangladesh's leading award-winning landscaping companies with 32+ years of experience, is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing landscaping and construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities at project/construction sites
Ensure work quality and timeline compliance as per project plan
Coordinate with labor team and ensure proper material usage
Report daily progress to management
Maintain site safety and discipline
Visit multiple project sites as required
