In this position, it’s required to provide support the Human Resource functions and keep the records of the employees.
Fill balances leave in the leave form while workers apply for leave.
Do the attendance Process and validate the employee absenteeism with the immediate supervisor.
Prepare the daily attendance report and send to the Department Head.
Do the entry of the Leave received by the employees in the ERP.
Review the Overtime attendance and do the entry in the ERP.
Update in the ERP the weekly roster of employees.
Every month put all workers name in the attendance register and updates this manual attendance register daily.
Make the temporary and permanent ID card for all employees.
Prepare the file and documents for Death cases.
Fill up all requirements of new joining employees in BGMEA software and keep update it.
Visit BGMEA office to submit or collect documents regarding employees.
Keep update all files and take required signature of all employees.
Do the distribution of the payslip monthly basis.
Update the Performance Actions Form and put Performance Actions Form and increment list in the personal file.
Update Service Book.
Prepare the monthly Maternity returns and updated the employee files with the required documents.
If workers don’t bring ID card, then they put entry those workers information and send them for work.
Prepare and send the documents by courier as required.
Provide personal file, earn leave and attendance related information to Labor Relation Coordinator at the time of termination, resignation, or any disciplinary action.
Keep all notice and others documents in employee files.
Make requisition for any kind of stuffs like requisition book, printer cartridge etc. and give it to for H.R and Accounts Department.
Give support to the HR department in all the activities that is required.
Create new Joining employee’s id number & update them all information in PeopleSoft.
Maintain in PeopleSoft employee shift & line number.
End of the month check all attendance & complete monthly attendance process & send the report finance department.
Collect from new joining employee document & send the document bank & open them new salary account.
Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
Weekend: One Day in Week
