The role involves handling the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, as well as ensuring smooth office operations and coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including CV shortlisting, phone screening, interviews, and onboarding
Recruit for technical roles such as Full-Stack Developers, AI Engineers, and UI/UX Designers
Hire creative professionals including Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Digital Marketing Executives
Handle recruitment for non-technical and office support positions
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily office discipline
Ensure smooth administrative operations and coordination between teams and management
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, recruitment reports, and related paperwork
Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and productivity standards
