Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context
-Handle import & export documentation (LC, PI, CI, BL, packing list, etc.)
-Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, banks, and freight forwarders
-Manage LC opening, amendments, and realization
-Ensure customs clearance and shipment follow-up
-Maintain bond, VAT, and customs compliance records
-Track raw materials import and finished goods export
-Prepare and submit commercial reports to management
-Monitor costing, pricing, and payment schedules
-Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
-Support merchandising and production teams with commercial data
