Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting clients throughout the property buying process, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.

  • Provide accurate information about land development and real estate projects.

  • Guide prospective clients through property options, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement.

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.

  • Assist customers with booking, payment updates, and document collection.

  • Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or the real estate industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
