1. Accounts Manager Responsibilities

An Accounts Manager oversees the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual company budgets, monitor variances, and provide financial forecasts to senior management.

• Tax & Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with national tax laws, VAT, TDS, and other statutory regulatory requirements.

• Ledger & Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, ledger reconciliation, and optimize liquidity/cash flow.

• Audit Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal and external financial audit processes.

• Internal Controls: Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting policies to prevent errors or fraud.

  2. IT Executive Responsibilities

  An IT Executive manages and maintains the company’s technological infrastructure, providing technical support and ensuring system security.

  • Infrastructure Management: Set up, configure, and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN), servers, routers, firewalls, and workstations.

  • Technical Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal users.

  • System Security & Backups: Implement data security protocols, manage antivirus systems, and ensure regular, secure backups of critical business data.

  • Software & Hardware Maintenance: Manage IT assets, track inventory, and handle installation, updates, and licenses for enterprise software.

  • Vendor Management: Communicate with third-party internet service providers (ISPs), hardware vendors, and software suppliers for procurement and servicing.

  • IT Policy Enforcement: Assist in developing and enforcing IT usage guidelines and cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
