• Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

• Configure and set up Wi-Fi routers, access points, and LAN connections.

• Monitor the core network.

• Provide user support (both physical and remote).

• Offer POP-end support (if required).

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.

• Provide first-level troubleshooting & guidance.

• Record service requests and escalate technical issues.

• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
  

• Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and networking equipment.

• Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, BDCOM, and GPON devices is preferred.

• Knowledge of routing protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.

• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently.

• Understanding of VPN technologies (GRE, EoIP, IPsec, L2TP, PPTP).

• Experience with ticketing systems and customer support processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

• CCNA, MTCNA, or other relevant networking certifications are an added advantage.
