We are looking for experienced and highly motivated International Telemarketing Executives who can confidently communicate with overseas clients, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Position Details
Position: Global Telemarketing Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Workplace: Office
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 60,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential international clients through Google, LinkedIn, directories, and various online sources.
Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to decision-makers worldwide.
Manage client acquisition funnels through Email, LinkedIn, and Telemarketing.
Generate and qualify leads for Image Editing, Video Editing, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, CGI, and related creative services.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and online communication.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
Prepare quotations, business proposals, and follow-up communications.
Maintain CRM records and update lead pipelines regularly.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
Essential Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong confidence in communicating with international clients over phone and email.
Professional sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, English, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with exceptional communication skills may apply regardless of educational background.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
International Telemarketing
Lead Generation
B2B Sales
Client Relationship Management
Outsourcing Industry Sales
Experience in Creative Services, Image Editing, Design, IT Services, or Digital Marketing industries will be highly preferred.
