Additional Requirements:

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Proven experience in sales (real estate/share business preferred)

Smart, presentable, and confident personality

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Good knowledge of local property market trends

Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares

• Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential clients
