Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide real-time consecutive or simultaneous verbal interpretation during board meetings, administrative reviews, and strategic briefings.
- Facilitate smooth daily communication between Chinese management, local office staff, and third-party vendors to eliminate workplace misunderstandings.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, compile background research, and draft precise meeting minutes in both required languages.
