Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare purchase orders for suppliers. Send purchase orders to the suppliers.
Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods.
Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports for the management.
Prepare the supplier's evaluation report before order confirmation.
Prepare comparative statements and obtain approval from Management.
Monitor deliveries against the orders.
Track the status of purchase orders.
Receive and check the invoice.
Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department.
