Responsibilities & Context:

Education

• Educational requirements are negotiable for candidates with a strong portfolio.

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography/Videography, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
  

Additional Requirements

• No age limitations, but must be cooperative 

• Hands-on working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or related software, is required.

• Must submit a portfolio or work samples (reel) with the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit candidate success stories, process videos, testimonials, and promotional content.

• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn on a regular basis.

• Design banners, posters, brochures, infographics, and office branding materials.

• Maintain visual consistency in line with brand guidelines.

• Assist with video/photo shoots at the office or events as needed.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to produce campaign-specific content.

• Deliver quality output within set deadlines.
