FARR Builders & Landmark LTD is looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social media, branding, and real estate promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, storytelling, and creating engaging videos that strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.

• Edit promotional videos, Facebook Reels, YouTube videos, and corporate presentations.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and engaging video effects.

• Develop branding materials while maintaining brand consistency.

• Retouch and enhance photos for marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media content strategies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects

• Basic knowledge of Figma (preferred)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Ability to create engaging social media content and short-form videos.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

• Photo editing and retouching skills.

• Creative storytelling and visual communication abilities.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Experience working in the Real Estate, Construction, or Digital Marketing industry will be an advantage.

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Basic photography and videography knowledge.

• Experience with drone footage editing.

• Knowledge of AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.).

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content creation.
