Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and business growth.

2. Lead, supervise and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

3. Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets through effective planning and execution.

4. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, customer demands and competitor activities.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners and corporate customers.

6. Prepare and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, digital marketing plans and branding strategies.

7. Coordinate with management regarding project pricing, sales policies, promotional offers and customer service improvements.

8. Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients and maintain a strong customer database.

9. Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations and project briefings when necessary.

10. Monitor customer feedback and market responses to improve sales performance and service quality.

11. Prepare regular sales reports, marketing reports, forecasts and performance analysis for top management.

12. Train and motivate sales executives and marketing personnel to improve communication and closing skills.

13. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements and ethical business standards.

14. Coordinate with other departments such as Accounts, CRM, Land and Construction for smooth project operations.

15. Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, property fairs and networking events.

16. Maintain strong brand reputation and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

17. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management as required for business operations.
