Additional Requirements:

- Good knowledge of industrial automation and process control equipment.

- Willingness to travel for factory visits.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:

- Visit industrial customers and factories to identify business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with factory engineers, maintenance teams, and supply chain/procurement departments to understand technical requirements.

- Conduct site visits, collect technical data, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ), quotations, and technical proposals.

- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner.

- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert inquiries into sales orders.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Provide pre-sales and basic after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and product guidance when required.

- Develop new customers and explore new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities, and submit regular reports to management.

- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify business growth opportunities.

- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and effective communication.
