Job Overview
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR (Factory) will be responsible for ensuring effective human resource management in factory operations, with a strong focus on compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, disciplinary procedures, and worker recruitment. The role supports management in maintaining harmonious labor relations, accurate HR documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.
Handle disciplinary actions, show-cause notices, charge sheets, domestic inquiries, and related documentation.
Manage worker recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for factory operations.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files in line with statutory requirements.
Support management in labor relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Prepare and submit required reports to management and relevant authorities.
Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Management, or a relevant discipline.
Strong practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and factory HR operations.
Proven experience in disciplinary procedures and worker management.
Experience in factory or manufacturing HR will be preferred.
Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
