Responsibilities & Context: - The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining the Quality Management System across factory operations.
- Strengthening end-to-end operational KPI management related to quality performance
- Ensuring effective implementation and compliance of QMS standards across departments
- Monitoring and improving Time & Action (T&A) related to quality milestones
- Leading cost-saving initiatives, particularly focusing on:
- Rejection reduction
- Rework minimization
- Leftover and wastage control
- Coordinating internal and external quality audits and ensuring timely CAPA closure
- Enhancing process discipline and documentation under QMS guidelines
- Ensuring clear accountability of mid-level management for quality performance
- Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management
- Driving continuous improvement and best practices in quality systems
