• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business Administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration or relevant discipline,
• Master’s degree / MBA will be considered an advantage

• The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining the Quality Management System across factory operations.
• Strengthening end-to-end operational KPI management related to quality performance
• Ensuring effective implementation and compliance of QMS standards across departments
• Monitoring and improving Time & Action (T&A) related to quality milestones
• Leading cost-saving initiatives, particularly focusing on:

1. Rejection reduction
2. Rework minimization
3. Leftover and wastage control

• Coordinating internal and external quality audits and ensuring timely CAPA closure
• Enhancing process discipline and documentation under QMS guidelines
• Ensuring clear accountability of mid-level management for quality performance
• Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to management
• Driving continuous improvement and best practices in quality systems
