Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value)
Line balancing and capacity planning to ensure optimal production output
Monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks for process improvement
Prepare and analyze efficiency reports (line efficiency, operator efficiency, etc.)
Implement lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to achieve production targets
Ensure proper method study and workflow optimization
Support in layout planning and workstation improvement
Follow up on daily production targets and provide necessary IE support
