• Lead and manage the overall sewing production operations to achieve daily, monthly, and shipment targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to maximize productivity.

• Monitor line balancing, efficiency, and capacity planning to meet production goals.

• Coordinate closely with IE, Quality, Cutting, and Finishing teams for smooth workflow.

• Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and compliance standards.

• Analyze production data (efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, downtime) and take corrective actions.

• Implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Supervise and develop line supervisors, in-charges, and operators.

• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Handle production challenges and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.
