Strong knowledge of molding machines and process parameters
Understanding of lingerie construction and technical requirements
Production planning and efficiency improvement skills
Leadership and team management ability
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills (English & Bangla)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, reporting)
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise all molding operations (cup molding, foam shaping, heat pressing, etc.)
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily/weekly production plan
Monitor machine efficiency, capacity utilization, and downtime reduction
Maintain consistent product quality as per buyer requirements and technical specifications
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Cutting, and Sewing departments for smooth workflow
Ensure proper setting and maintenance of molding machines (temperature, pressure, timing)
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rejection rates
Lead troubleshooting for molding defects (wrinkle, burn mark, shape deviation, etc.)
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and buyer requirements (RSC/Nirapon/Compliance)
Supervise and develop molding operators, technicians, and supervisors
Prepare production reports, efficiency reports, and defect analysis
Work closely with the Technical team for new style development and sample approval
Ensure proper handling of molds, tools, and raw materials
