Education:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • PGDHRM / PGD in HRM will get preference.

  • Additional professional certifications related to HR, Payroll, Compliance, Labour Law, or Industrial Relations will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strong foundation in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management.

  • Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws, factory compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations and workplace discipline.

  • Experience supporting performance management, training needs assessment, and implementation of learning and development initiatives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or HR databases.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and across departments.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

  • Prior experience in HR within the apparel, textile, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred, along with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
