Experience:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGDHRM / PGD in HRM will get preference.
Additional professional certifications related to HR, Payroll, Compliance, Labour Law, or Industrial Relations will be considered an advantage.
Strong foundation in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee records management.
Knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws, factory compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations and workplace discipline.
Experience supporting performance management, training needs assessment, and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR information systems or HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and across departments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in HR within the apparel, textile, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred, along with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
