Experience:
1.Must have experience to handling Trade Union/PC Committee/Labor Union/BEPZA other industrial establishment
2. Must have sound knowledge in EPZ Law/Labor law including all amendment
Manage and maintain effective relationships with Trade Unions, Participation Committees (PC Committee), and Labor Unions
Handle industrial disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
Build positive communication between management and workers
Support collective bargaining, negotiations, and conflict resolution
Coordinate with government authorities, labor offices, and external stakeholders when required
Develop strategies to maintain a peaceful and productive industrial environment
Conduct awareness sessions and training related to labor laws and industrial relations
