• will be considered who has followed professional courses such as TPM, PDCA, Inventory management, IE etc.
• More than 5 years similar position

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for sewing, finishing, and utility machines.

• Monitor machine performance and downtime; take corrective actions to reduce breakdown frequency.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine history, and service reports.

• Ensure availability and proper management of spare parts and consumables.

• Coordinate with production and quality departments to support smooth production flow.

• Handle maintenance for both knit and woven product lines (casual wear, sportswear, ladies’ wear).

• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with factory maintenance protocols.

• Train operators and technicians on basic machine care and safety procedures.

• Identify opportunities for machine and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
