Educational qualification is HSC with at least 08 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.

• Conduct laboratory testing of fabric, yarn, dyes, and chemicals as per standard test methods.

• Perform color matching, shade evaluation, and lab dip preparation.

• Test physical and chemical properties such as GSM, shrinkage, pH, color fastness, rubbing, washing, and tensile strength.

• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and testing records.

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, ISO, and internal quality requirements.

• Support product development activities for new fabrics and finishes.

• Prepare and follow up development samples, trial samples, and approval submissions.

• Assist in recipe development for dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams for development requirements.

• Monitor development trials and report deviations or improvement opportunities.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished fabrics to ensure quality compliance.

• Monitor process parameters and identify quality issues during production.

• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Verify bulk production quality against approved standards and customer specifications.

• Prepare QC reports, testing reports, and non-conformance records.

• Support audits, buyer inspections, and quality certifications.

• Follow safety, compliance, and laboratory housekeeping standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to testing, development, and QC activities.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement.

• Assist supervisors in troubleshooting technical and quality-related problems.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to laboratory, development, and quality operations.
