Responsibilities & Context:

• Implementing the buyer's quality manual and technical specifications within the factory's quality management system.

• Organizing and leading PP meetings, Size set garments review & arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.

• Review sample, trim card, specification sheet, and whole QC file; raise any discrepancy noticed.

• Oversee quality control across cutting, sewing, and finishing processes

• Providing trims-accessories approval, bulk shade approval, print-embroidery-wash approval based on Buyer approved standard.

• Conducting Weekly shadow audit, Calibration and upload data in Buyer portal (Knowledge of InforNexus, InforQA, Smartsheet is preferred).

• Conduct audits (shadow, calibration, mold prevention, process) and update buyer portals

• Organizing final inspections with the buyer QC, preparing all necessary QC files, and ensuring the final product meets all specifications.

• Acting as the buyer's representative in the factory, communicating any quality issues promptly, and implementing corrective actions.

• Preparing and preserving up-to-date, in-depth reports, including records of breakage needles and in-process quality reviews.

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, logistics, and commercial teams for smooth shipment execution.
