• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Basic knowledge of textiles (fibers, fabrics, dyeing, finishing).

• Understanding of fabric testing and quality parameters.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/PLM systems.

• Good data tracking and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Support fabric development, sourcing, and quality activities by assisting in sample coordination, testing, documentation, and supplier communication. The role focuses on execution, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth development and production processes in line with technical and commercial requirements.

• Assist in sourcing woven fabrics in line with quality, cost, and development requirements.

• Support fabric development by coordinating with mills for sampling, submissions, and approvals.

• Assist in reviewing fabric construction, GSM, weave, and finishes as per technical guidelines.

• Actively support R&D initiatives by researching new fibers, constructions, and finishes.

• Collect, evaluate, and present new fabric developments and innovations from suppliers.

• Track and monitor ongoing developments to ensure alignment with design and technical requirements.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely sample delivery and adherence to development timelines.

• Assist in fabric testing (in-house and third-party), analyze basic results, and report deviations.

• Maintain fabric archives, technical documentation, and act as a key liaison among suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support bulk production.
