Educational qualification is HSC with at least 12 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.

Responsibilities & Context:

* ⁠ Monitor and control all production processes to ensure compliance with approved parameters and standards.

* Analyze process performance and identify deviations affecting quality, productivity, and efficiency.

* Ensure process settings are optimized for dyeing, finishing, printing, or other textile operations.

* Ensure products meet buyer specifications and internal quality standards.

* Work closely with QA/QC teams to reduce defects, rework, and process variation.

* Investigate process-related quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, yield, and machine efficiency.

* Monitor KPI performance such as right-first-time, process loss, wastage, and efficiency.

* Recommend process improvements for cost reduction and performance enhancement.

* Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, process parameters, and control procedures.

* Ensure process discipline and standard operating practices are followed on the production floor.

* Support process validation and trial runs for new products.

* Provide technical support to resolve process abnormalities and production issues.

* Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement sustainable solutions.

* Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for process stability.

* Review daily process reports, production data, and quality trends.

* Prepare MIS, KPI, and process control reports for management review.

* Use data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvements.

* Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and factory policies.

* Maintain workplace safety, chemical handling standards, and environmental compliance.

* Support audit readiness related to process controls and technical.

* Supervise and guide process control executives, officers, and technicians.

* Train production teams on process parameters, standards, and best practices.

* Support skill development and performance management of subordinates.

* Liaise with production, quality, maintenance, planning, and customer care teams for smooth execution.

* Support bulk production approvals, development follow-up, and buyer technical requirements.
