Candidate must have skill to speak on English fluently.

Candidate must have knowledge about computer and its option

Candidate must have experiences on Production Management

• Lead overall operations to ensure smooth production flow and achievement of shipment targets as per buyer requirements.

• Technical capability of handling Screen Printing (Color INK like Platisol, Pigment, Rubber & Others)

• Review production planning regularly and adjust based on material availability and delivery priorities.

• Monitor overall production performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards

• Ensure 100% on-time delivery through coordination with Production, QA, and other supporting departments.

• Implement best practices or Ideas to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

• Analyze production reports, efficiency, and variance, and take corrective actions accordingly

• Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve performance
  Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and maintain a safe working environment

• Develop team capability through training and performance monitoring.

• Ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of machinery.

• Lead, train, and develop production teams for continuous improvement.

• Prepare and present production reports to top management.
