Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

Post Graduation/Graduation/B.Sc. Engineering in ILET/Leather.

Proven experience in production planning at a reputed footwear manufacturing company.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and planning software.

Sound understanding of footwear manufacturing process and lead time management.

• Develop and execute master production planning based on order forecast, capacity, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate closely with the Production, PD, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Store departments to ensure proper workflow.

• Monitor daily production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action.

• Prepare capacity plans and align production schedules accordingly.

• Communicate order status with merchandising and other relevant departments.

• Control material requirement planning (MRP) to avoid both overstocking and shortages.

• Maintain WIP (Work in Progress) tracking and report any delays or deviations.

• Work closely with the General Manager and Management to meet shipment deadlines.

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Update production records and planning documents daily.
