• Proven experience as an IQC Incharge or similar role in the footwear manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Conduct incoming quality inspections (IQC) of materials and components according to established procedures and standards.

• Identify and document quality issues, and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.

• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and provide feedback on non-conforming materials.

• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

• Train and supervise IQC inspectors to uphold quality standards and procedures.
