Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certification in Environmental Management (preferred).

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in environmental compliance in manufacturing/garment industry.
• Hands-on experience with ETP operation and environmental audits.
• Experience dealing with government inspections and buyer compliance standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
• Understanding of wastewater treatment processes.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during audits and inspections.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Ensure compliance with national environmental laws and regulations.
2. Monitor and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
3. Oversee ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) operations and ensure proper functioning.
4. Monitor wastewater discharge, air emissions, noise levels, and solid waste management.
5. Maintain environmental permits, licenses, and documentation.
6. Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
7. Coordinate buyer and third-party environmental audits.
8. Conduct internal environmental inspections and risk assessments.
9. Provide environmental awareness training to employees.
10. Ensure chemical management compliance (MSDS, labeling, storage, handling).
11. Support sustainability initiatives (energy saving, water conservation, waste reduction).
12. Liaise with government agencies and environmental authorities.
