• Should have knowledge and experience regarding Quality Management System (QMS) and 7-QC Tools.

• Should be able to establish quality parameters in all segments of the department and ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.

• Should have proven leadership skills, proactive, sincere and dynamic & result oriented

• Responsible for making effective plan for quality assurance of the Garments Division to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.

• Assuring the Quality of knitted garments from cutting input to finished product.

• Getting successful inspection done at various stages of production & ensure timely shipment.

• Supervising and guiding quality team to achieve quality targets.

• Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.

• Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.

• Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.

• First output review against the sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.

• If any discrepancies happen, then it needs to be informed to his superior authority immediately for necessary action.

• Need to finalize the critical operations and quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors (Q I).

• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.

• Report any deviation in QA system to his superior authority.

• Responsible to face Buyers Technical audits in the factory.

• Any other assignment given by the competent authority.
