1. Lead and oversee the Industrial Engineering department to ensure all IE systems and procedures are properly implemented.

2. Set  IE strategies, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks aligned with business goals.

3. Oversee SMV development, time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning

4. Monitor efficiency, productivity, cost, and manpower utilization company-wide.

5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, productivity enhancement, waste reduction.

6. Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Merchandising, and Management teams.

7. Analyze factory performance data and present actionable reports to top management.

8. Monitor and develop sub-ordinate IE Managers, Senior IEs, and IE teams.

9. Ensure standardized IE practices and compliance across all over the factory.

10.   Responsible to ensure quality at source , zero defect garments production and end line defect control , reject percentage as per company permissible limit.

11. Responsible for maintaining Cut to ship ratio up to the best possible level, responsible for good piece production after receiving Cut panel to packing .

12. Pre-final internal inspection has to be pass first time, customer complain internal & external has to bring down at minimal level.

13. To distribute duties and responsibilities of sub-ordinates , supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department
