Experience:

• 4 to 8 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

CC QC Certification is a must

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 4–6 years experience in knit garments quality control.

• Must have Certified CCQC qualification.

• Experience in handling international buyers’ quality standards will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of garment quality inspection and AQL system.

• Good understanding of garment construction, measurement checking, and defect identification.

• Ability to prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure to meet shipment deadlines

• Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure garments meet company and buyer quality standards.

• Verify that PP samples, size sets, and approved samples are followed during production.

• Perform AQL inspection and evaluate product quality before shipment.

• Monitor sewing lines to ensure correct workmanship, measurements, and construction.

• Identify defects and ensure immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are taken.

• Check fabric quality, trims, labels, accessories, and finishing as per approved specifications.

• Maintain inspection reports, defect analysis, and quality records.

• Coordinate with production, finishing, and merchandising teams to solve quality issues.

• Ensure quality improvement and defect reduction during production.

• Guide and support line QC team to maintain required quality standards.
