• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.

• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali

• Good knowledge & skills in computing

• Strong technical knowledge in Planning & it`s SOP

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Good inter-personal & communication skills

• Need to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning

1. Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet delivery commitments and business targets.

2. Monitor and follow up with production floors to ensure proper execution of production plans.

3. Coordinate regularly with merchandising and marketing teams for order planning, updates, and alignment.

4. Maintain continuous order status tracking and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchandising, production, and operational teams for seamless workflow.

6. Ensure accurate capacity planning based on available manpower, machinery, and production capability.

7. Optimize production processes to achieve cost reduction and increased profitability.

8. Oversee scheduling and availability of raw materials to meet production timelines.

9. Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to production plans.

10. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for any production delays or deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.

11. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure on-time shipment and efficient use of resources.

12. Review production plans against capacity and workforce strength, ensuring alignment with shipment targets.

13. Analyze and evaluate production data and prepare performance reports for management review.

14. Lead and supervise PPC team members, ensuring proper task allocation and performance monitoring.

15. Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required
