Responsibilities & Context:
Good multi product knowledge in woven garments.
Analysing category wise machine capacity according to order.
Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing costs·
Should have knowledge regards to production efficiency, manpower utilization and IE.
Should be experienced and capable of managing minimum 10 sewing lines and full knowledge of production system for knit fabric & garments.
Candidate having exposure to Lean Manufacturing will be given preference.
Develop the sewing standard and SOP for sewing floor for achieving the planned production target and required quality of the garments.
Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
Work closely with concerned departments from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems.
Regulating OT Budget for weekly, monthly.
Understand and maintain compliance (Social, Technical, Health & safety) in sewing operation and in the Sewing section.
