1. Develop and implement long-term production strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

2. Ensure aggressive production targets, operational efficiency, and on-time shipment commitments.

3. Control production costs, minimize wastage, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.

4. Lead operational excellence initiatives through Lean manufacturing, line balancing, capacity optimization, and automation.

5. Monitor production planning, capacity utilization, and overall factory productivity.

6. Ensure compliance with international buyer standards including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, ILO, BW, and QMS.

7. Supervise and guide department heads across Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Compliance.

8. Coordinate closely with Merchandising and Commercial teams to ensure seamless order execution.

9. Maintain effective communication with buyers and top management regarding production status and operational performance.

10. Ensure cost-effective production processes and improve operational margins.

11. Develop and maintain a performance-driven culture with accountability and ownership.

12. Drive workforce development, leadership development, and succession planning.

13. Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
