Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Relevant discipline.
Must be a Walmart Certified Auditor (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Walmart quality systems, audit standards, and product safety requirements.
Experience handling Knit / Woven / Sweater categories (mention as applicable).
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Assurance & Audit Management
Lead the overall quality assurance operations for Walmart programs.
Conduct Walmart factory audits, including FCCA, SCS, SGP, PPA, COC, and Technical Audits.
Ensure full compliance with Walmart’s technical and quality requirements.
Maintain updated documentation and audit records as per Walmart guidelines.
Process & Product Quality Control
Monitor inline, pre‑final, and final inspections ensuring product quality meets buyer specifications.
Identify quality issues and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality SOPs, risk assessments, and product safety protocols.
Supplier & Production Coordination
Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Guide suppliers/factories on Walmart quality expectations and improvement opportunities.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the QA team with coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect quality mindset.
