Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans.
Ensure accurate capacity booking based on SMV, efficiency, and line capability.
Balance order loading across lines to avoid bottlenecks.
Monitor daily production vs. plan and take corrective actions.
Align planning with merchandising to ensure feasible delivery dates.
Monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendar compliance.
Ensure 100% on-time shipment performance.
Identify risk orders early and develop recovery plans.
Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and QA.
Work closely with the Commercial team for shipment planning.
Support factory management in decision-making through planning data analysis.
Implement planning tools, ERP, and digital dashboards.
Develop SOPs for planning and monitoring processes.
Improve forecast accuracy and reduce last-minute changes.
Lead and mentor planning team members.
Develop succession planning within the department.
Ensure accountability and performance management.
