Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Industrial Engineering

• Age 29 to 35 years

• Analyze pre-alert information and initiate order inquiries with respective factories

• Ensure timely preparation, confirmation, and sign-back of OCS (Order Confirmation Sheet) from all concerned factories

• Collect, review, and validate production plans received from factory planning teams

• Prepare comprehensive production plans in the company’s standard format with accurate cross-checking

• Conduct weekly follow-ups on production plans and ensure submission within the defined timeline

• Monitor TNA (Time & Action Calendar) and oversee all pre-production activities with proper reporting follow-up

• Preparing sample order recaps aligned with production and delivery schedules

• Coordinate closely with the commercial team regarding FRI scheduling through effective communication & analyze handover dates in line with commercial planning and Maersk vessel scheduling

• Track Fabric & Trims (F&T) status in coordination with merchandising and commercial teams

• Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment execution

• Lead weekly risk analysis meetings with QA and Merchandising teams, including production sample reviews

• Monitor wash plan vs. actual performance and ensure alignment with shipment timelines

• Develop and manage season-wise order databases for effective tracking and reporting
