• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Receive and review orders from buyers and verify all order details such as style, quantity, price, and delivery date.

• Ensure proper order confirmation and coordinate production planning.

• Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding order status.

• Provide updates on sampling, production progress, and shipment schedule.

• Prepare garment product costing sheets.

• Negotiate prices with buyers and finalize order value.

• Coordinate the development of different types of samples (development sample, fit sample, pre-production sample, etc.)

• Ensure samples are sent to buyers on time for approval.

• Follow up with the production team to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor production status and ensure production meets the delivery schedule.

• Ensure fabrics, trims, and accessories are sourced and in-house on time.

• Maintain coordination with suppliers and the sourcing team.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to maintain required quality standards according to buyer requirements.

• Ensure shipment is completed within the buyer’s delivery deadline.

• Coordinate with the commercial and shipping departments for necessary documentation.

• Supervise and guide Junior Merchandisers and Assistant Merchandisers.

• Provide support to the merchandising team for smooth order execution.

• Identify and resolve production or shipment-related issues.

• Take necessary actions to maintain buyer satisfaction.
