Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Additional certification in ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Monitor ERP modules related to Merchandising, Production, Inventory, HR, and Accounts.
Coordinate with different departments to collect requirements and improve ERP functionalities.
Ensure proper data management, reporting, and system accuracy.
Provide training and support to employees regarding ERP system usage.
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with the software provider for solutions.
Generate necessary reports for management decision-making.
