• Ensure overall quality management of Woven (Jacket) production, including raw material inspection, process control, and final product quality.

• Maintain and continuously improve quality control and quality assurance standards across all production stages.

• Follow up on production quality and implement new plans to establish and deliver superior product quality.

• Ensure day-to-day operations comply with required quality standards and buyer specifications.

• Monitor production processes to ensure optimum quality with maximum production efficiency.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.

• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Work closely with the Technical and Production teams to maintain product quality and achieve production targets.

• Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and process control systems in all departments.

• Implement cost-effective quality control strategies without compromising product standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop new quality assurance strategies.

• Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure all processes comply with buyer requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to quality and production teams to improve their skills and performance.

• Build a strong quality-focused culture within the organization.

• Review customer feedback and buyer comments to understand product expectations and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of production performance, quality inspections, and operational metrics.

• Prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
